These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at arewabooks.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by AREWA BOOKS PUBLISHERS.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at arewabookspublishers@gmail.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

ELIGIBILITY

This Service is intended solely for Users who are thirteen years of age or older, and any registration, use or access to the Service by anyone under 13 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age you may use the Service only if you either are an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

CONTENT

You're in charge of the content you publish. This means you're responsible for all risks associated with its publishing and exhibition, including someone else's reliance on its veracity and any copyright laws or other legal claims.

RATING

Every creator is required to rate their work as Mature or for Everyone. Declaring your story mature does not rule out the possibility of it containing inappropriate content. Prohibited content will be deleted from stories. Mature stories are written for anyone aged 17 and up.

CHAPTER IMAGE

On chapter images. ArewaBooks reserves the right to remove any image considered inappropriate for ArewaBooks in order to help maintain it a safe area for everyone to share and discover content.

CHAPTER COMMENTS

Comments that are constructive is accepted, as long as it is delivered in a respectful way. You may encounter content with which you disagree, but we are a platform that embraces difference, supports expression, and maintains a safe and creative community.

SCREENSHOT IN MOBILE APP

This is to inform all users not to screenshot in Mobile App as it will lead to their account been permanent blocked.

PRICING

Writers are allowed to publish both Free Books and Paid Books to earn with their stories, can set price by chapters. Arewabooks take 25% for each sell, while you received 75% royalties into your earnings wallet.

REFILL

We have three refill methods that are 1. Debit/Credit Card (instant refill), 2. Local Bank Transfer (need conformation) , 3. Recharge Card Transfer (need conformation).

WITHDRAWAL

When your earnings reach 2,000 to up, you are eligible for withdrawal request. Arewabooks will proceed your payment to your desire bank accout that provide within a week.

WE REMOVE

Any content that we find to be inappropriate or sexual will be removed. Any content that can harm our community will be removed. Also content that promotes items or services that are not related to or recognized by ArewaBooks is prohibited and will be removed. ArewaBooks reserves the right to terminate any account or remove any content at any time.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, ADVERTISERS OR SERVICES

ArewaBooks may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, or services that are not owned or controlled by ArewaBooks. ArewaBooks has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. If you access a third party website from ArewaBooks, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and ArewaBooks Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve ArewaBooks from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services or third party owned content.

We encourage you to be aware of when you leave the Service, and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website or service that you visit.

COPYRIGHT ISSUES

Please go to that content and Report Copyright Infringement if you want to submit a copyright infringement claim. ArewaBooks maintains the right, at its absolute discretion, to remove content that is found to be infringing without prior notification or liability to you or anyone else. If a user is determined to be a repeat infringement, we may also terminate their account in suitable circumstances.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Service.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Company to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BY USING SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
